Dimensions and Features: - Size: 14.75" W x 17.5" H x 10.25" D - Entrance Hole Diameter: 3" - Built-in predator guard to keep raccoons, opossums, and other natural predators at bay - Air ventilation holes to promote circulation and prevent overheating - Drainage holes in the floor to keep the house dry and clean between nesting seasons

A Safe Haven for Your Squirrels The multi-tier platforms inside the Nut House act as an additional safety measure, ensuring your squirrels stay secure. The slanted roof extends past the entrance, shielding the interior from rainfall. Plus, the predator guard not only protects the squirrels but also doubles as a fun playground for them.

Mounting and Placement The pre-drilled holes on the back of the house make it easy to mount your Nut House. We recommend placing it 12-30 feet up in a tree that's at least 10 inches in diameter, preferably near hardwood or nut-producing trees. Many customers have also found success mounting the house 4-10 feet off the ground, as long as it's in a safe location away from high-traffic areas.
